Your ADU is built in a protected factory, which reduces the time of construction, reduces the inconvenience to you and your neighbors, and increases the efficiency and quality control.

From the time we release the new home order to the factory your new home will be built in 6 to 8 weeks. We typically need 4 to 8 weeks after the home is delivered depending on the scope of the outside work needed to complete your project.

Having your ADU built off site is typically much faster than onsite construction because we will be working on the home site preparation and foundation simultaneously while your home is being built. There is also a lot less time waiting for inspections, because your home is already fully inspected and certified by a federal agency at the factory.

Your new home will be delivered 95% complete including brand new appliances. We only have to set the home to it’s foundation, and complete some finishing touches, and outside work.

Your new home is built off site in a controlled and protected building. All materials are inspected for quality. Because your home is built so efficiently, more time can be spent on quality control and quality materials.

YES! We quote realistic, complete project prices! Typically we can do the entire project from start to finish from approximate $250 per SqFt. Onsite construction can be $400, $500, or even $600 per SqFt.

All of our homes are covered by a complete 7-year warranty. We conduct a thorough and detailed walk-through and orientation to the home with you. We will show you every aspect of your home, the coverage of the warranty, and, if needed, any service items and service process. We will also conduct a full orientation showing you the factory recommended “best care & maintenance” of your new ADU. We want you comfortable and confidant in your new ADU.
